The Blade of the Black Shadows is a Cave of conqueror level 1 boss. He is RL11 although it is advised you do not try to kill him unless 1) You are at least 10 levels+ above him and have a party of at least 3 people. 2) You have a Healer/Hybrid with good buffs, instant and cast heals.
