This patch was quite small and included a Halloween event, but no other content or bug fixes.

- A Halloween event was added.
- "Ghost" mobs were added for the Halloween event.
- 3 New items, Candle, Pumpkin, and Gold Powder were introduced for the event.
Issues Introduced[]
- The Halloween event was not implemented properly. Players could not complete the Quest.
