Summary

This patch was released to fix the bugs in the Halloween event.

Content Changed

• The number of items needed to complete the Halloween Quest was changed from 20 to 50.
• A pumpkin hat was added, which increased all Attributes by 10, Max Life by 500, and movement speed by 10%

Issues Fixed

• The Halloween Quest was fixed, and could now be completed.

Issues Introduced

• The Heroic Quests could not be done. The high-score tables for the various quests disappeared.
• An unknown NPC appeared in Hefei.
• Skill descriptions were bugged, describing all skills as inflicting 0 damage.
• Players could not buy items from the Black Market in Hefei
