Talk to the storyteller. He will ask you to bring him some Bamboo Leaf Liquor.
Part 2[]
Get Bamboo Leaf Liquor from the village tavern. Note: Bamboo Leaf Liquor costs 500 gold.

Return to the storyteller and talk to him.
