Talk to Xu Sanzhao. He will ask you to get 20 Bloodwolf Hairs and 5 Bloodwolf Claws.
There is no item called Bloodwolf Hair, you're expected to collect Bloodwolf Skins.
Part 2[]
Defeat Blood Wolf type mobs to get Bloodwolf Skins and Bloodwolf Claws:
- Young Blood Wolf
- Blood Wolf
- Big Blood Wolf

Return to Xu Sanzhao and talk to him.
