Part 1

Talk to Xu Sanzhao. He will ask you to defeat 10 Rascals.

Part 2

Defeat 10 Rascal type mobs:

• Timid Rascal
• Arrogant Rascal
• Wicked Rascal

Part 3

Return to Xu Sanzhao and talk to him.
