Vital Energy Recovery

Vital Energy Recovery is a Secondary Attribute that determines how quickly a character recovers VE while in Peace Mode.
By default, a player's Vital Energy Recovery is 0, so they do not recover any Vital Energy while in Peace Mode. By equipping certain clothes, relics, or epithets, or by being in a Safe Zone, a player can increase their Vital Energy Recovery rate.
